The Michael Phelps Diet

Jon Henley at the Guardian decides to eat like Michael Phelps for a day–just insane. I couldn’t eat a fraction of that breakfast.
I must note that porridge is not really a substitute for grits. Grits are way tastier.

    Do you really think so? I must not have enough Southern blood. I’ve never been able to stand grits. But just thinking about Michael Phelps’ diet makes me kind of queasy and I love to eat! :-)
