TRUST ME now in the UK

by Jeff Abbott on June 25, 2009

I was in Amsterdam and London last week. TRUST ME is now out in the UK and this week is the deal of the week at WH Smith Travel stores (the stores at airports, train stations, etc.). It should be available now wherever books are sold in Britain. (And I believe it’s also available now in Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, and Singapore, which tend to be very close to the UK release.)

I signed about 800 copies at Gatwick Airport last week (not in a regular booksigning, just signing stock at the various bookstores at the airport) and the airport booksellers there have just been fantastic in their support. Several readers stopped and grabbed autographed copies while I was signing and talked to me about the books, which was a total thrill for me. I love the idea that my books can help people get through the headaches of flying. I do not like flying much myself, either, and I always need a good book to get me through the flight. (A nice bonus: PANIC surged back into their top 100 list on the strength of TRUST ME.)
I am facing down a big deadline, so not much else to blog about right now. Will be back when the next book is finally put to bed and thanks for your patience. I did get an email from a new reader who said, “blog less, write books more” and that is very sound advice. See you all soon and thanks for the fantastic support!
